The innovative IDC series dust collector is engineered with gravity and downward airflow mechanisms to ensure effective self-cleaning. Dust-laden air flows in from the top and exits from the opposite side, optimizing the 'inertial settling' principle for an efficient downward dust trajectory.

Our meticulously crafted design guarantees that dust particles naturally gravitate downward, minimizing the risk of dust re-entrance into the cartridge. During operation, incoming dust-laden air is guided into the gravity settling dust collector via the top inlet, with dust particles captured on the cartridge's outer surface.

Pristine air is channeled through the cartridge core into the clean air chamber and subsequently expelled through the outlet. The cleaning process is enhanced with a robust control timer, which strategically selects pairs of cartridges for efficient high-pressure compressed air cleaning.
