Featuring a high-efficiency airflow, quality material conveyance, and innovative grinding chamber, it excels in processing heat-sensitive and easy-to-sediment materials. By merging impact grinding with dynamic classification, it's ideal for fine and ultrafine grinding of soft to medium-hard materials, applicable in manufacturing, chemical engineering, food, medicine, and feed sectors.
Equipment PrincipleIn the ultrafine pulverizer, raw materials are ground primarily by particle collision. High-speed rotor and classifier components, with hammer impact speeds up to 130 m/s, crush particles through inter-collision and liner contact. The induced draft fan's negative pressure generates cooling, conveying, and classifying airflow, separating products by size during the process.Once the desired particle size and fineness are achieved, products are carried out by airflow. The guide hood ring evenly disperses the gas-solid mix to the rotating classification area, discharging via cyclone separator or pulse dust collector. The classifier wheel sets the product's maximum particle size, adjustable during operation, ensuring fine powder exits while coarse powder is recycled for regrinding, enabling continuous classification and reprocessing.
