I am fully FPC1, 2 & 3 qualified, and am an Appointed Representative of Personal Touch Financial Services Ltd which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. I am an independent whole of market mortgage broker based in Unlike banks, building societies and most other independent mortgage brokers who do a strict 9am - 5pm, I work relatively flexible hours in order to accommodate you the customer. I can normally arrange an appointment to fit in with your requirements, within reason! We do not normally charge a fee for mortgage advice, or for assisting you with your mortgage, however this will be dependent on your circumstances. If a fee is charged our typical fee would be £300 or 1% of the mortgage amount, whichever the greater.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgages.
