Industrial Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine for Bridge GirdersThe roller conveyor shot blasting machine is a type of continuous pass-through cleaning equipment, mainly used for rust removal, oxide scale elimination, surface preparation, and strengthening of large workpieces such as steel plates, structural steel, H-beams, and fabricated steel components. The machine utilizes high-speed rotating blast turbines to accelerate steel shots toward the surface of the workpiece, achieving cleaning, roughening, and stress relief. This process significantly improves coating adhesion and extends the service life of the workpiece.Product Description(1) Blasting Chamber
The chamber is made of wear-resistant steel with Mn15Cr1 liners for full protection. Modular design reduces transport cost and installation time.(2) Blast Turbine
Core part of the machine, made of high-chromium cast iron. Propels steel shots at 70–80 m/s for efficient rust and scale removal, ensuring uniform cleaning.(3) Conveying System
High-strength roller conveyor transports workpieces at adjustable speeds, ensuring full surface coverage and continuous operation with production lines.

(4) Abrasive Recycling System
Includes screw conveyor, bucket elevator, separator, and hopper. Used abrasives are cleaned and recycled in a closed loop for efficiency.
(5) Dust Removal System
Industrial dust collector with fan and filters removes fine dust, ensuring clean air and environmental compliance.
(6) Electrical Control System
PLC with touchscreen coordinates all components. Sensors enable automatic start/stop, saving energy and improving efficiency.
