Product Description

The Aluminum Profile Surface Shot Blasting Machine is an automatic, electric-powered surface cleaning system designed for processing aluminum profiles and related workpieces within the specified size range.

It accommodates workpieces up to 400 × 200 mm and uses a rubber mesh belt with an adjustable conveying speed of 0–4 m/min.

Variable-frequency control supports flexible speed regulation during operation.
Each configuration uses a Φ300 mm impeller with eight curved blades, providing a surface speed of 30–70 m/s.

The total blasting-device power is 2 × 5.5 kW.

The workpiece inlet measures 280 mm in height and 430 mm in width, while the blasting chamber is protected by an Mn13 guard plate.

The Φ6 mm Mn13-reinforced rubber belt supports a rated load of at least 0.5 t/m.

Material circulation is handled by an elevator, separator and screw conveyor, each rated at 10 t/h.

The elevator is powered by a 1.1 kW motor, while the screw conveyor uses a 0.75 kW motor.An exit roller conveyor with 0.55 kW power completes the conveying section.

For dust management, the system includes a 4 kW cyclone body and four filter cartridges, each providing 15 m² of filtration area.

The electrical control system adopts Siemens PLC components and a touch-screen interface.

The machine is automatic, CE-certified, available in green or blue, and can be customized for specific project requirements.

It is specified for electronic-industry applications requiring high cleanliness and critical, residue-free cleaning.
